The first thing you’ll notice in my home is the floor. I simply love the wood floors in my condo. It’s not the click-clacky flooring that’s in most of my friends’ condos. These feel rich, strong and the warm wood tone is great. I also have an amazing amount of large bright windows I love to open up and let the breezes drift through. Everything feels so crisp and fresh and since Cornelia is a residential one-way street, it is often quite quiet even during the day.
When the Chicago weather kicks in, it’s great to have both a central humidifier and air for when it’s either too hot or cold for open windows. My unit also provides a great amount of storage space in the condo. Between the spacious bedroom closets, the bathroom closet with some Painted Vanity Units for extra storage, the two hallway closets, and the large storage unit there is plenty of room for even the most accomplished of shoppers.
Lastly, It has been wonderful to have a condo that could rent so easily when I needed to move out of town for work. Because of the great location and all of the amenities, this condo is easy to keep rented at a great price.
